In the battle of Sekigahara Toyohisa Shimazu joined the WESTERN ARMY with Yoshihiro. Shimazu’s forces
fought their way through to the front of Ieyasu’s camp, and escaped to Utozaka. But Naomasa Ii of the EASTERN ARMY, Tadakatsu Honda and others persistently chased Yoshihiro Shimazu. Toyohisa fell at Utozaka and set Yoshihiro free. |
