Tadakatsu Honda (one of the Four Heavenly Guardians of the Tokugawa clan) joined in the Battle of
Sekigahara as military supervisor. First Tadakatsu took up his position near Tuzura-ike and prepared for the attack of Mori’s forces.
The WESTERN ARMY at Mt. Nangu did not have any movement, so he advanced to fight with the Shimazu’s forces. Tadakatsu was a military commander with bravery who wielded a spear on his favorite horse, and defeated many enemy generals. <!-- [if gte mso 10]> |
